SECURITY MORTICE LOCKS FOR IRON DOORS AND ALUMINIUM FRAMES
The
security MORTICE locks for iron doors and aluminium frames bear cylinders
either Euro profile or oval or cross-key type, in various models suitable
to horizontal aluminium frames or vertical aluminium frames or sliding
doors.
A large range of models make it possible to choose the model most suitable
to the type of frame where it is to be assembled.
All the MORTICE locks for iron doors and aluminium frames are supplied
complete with cylinders and are available in different backsets from 15
to 80mm.

Facchinetti produces also keys, cylinders and padlocks.
The production line includes shackle brass padlocks, from 20 to 70mm,
long shackle padlocks, from 30 to 50mm, and also roller shutter padlocks
sheathed by armoured steel cover on brass bodies.
The Euro profile cylinder production refers to two types: one with 5 pin
tumbler mechanism
conforming to EN 1303 Norms – security degree 3 – 16-0-13
classification, 100.000 cycle resistance and the other with 6 pin tumbler
mechanism with anti-drill device to assure a higher security level.
Moreover there are: oval cylinders, to be used particularly on MORTICE
locks for iron doors and aluminium frames and round cylinders to be assembled
on rim locks.
All F.lli Facchinetti cylinders are supplied with inox springs and picking
resistant pins
in order to keep on improving quality, reliability and endurance so that
they can be covered by 10 year mechanical guarantee.
The cylinder production is to be used not only to complete the MORTICE
locks but also to satisfy the demand of the replacement market.
An inside advanced technical office and a computer guided equipment make
it feasible to design and to produce special cylinders on customers’
requests, to be used in the hardware field or in any other sector requiring
a particular closing system to be planned and manufactured on purpose.
